This DPA supplements any other agreements between the parties regarding the use of RapidTalk.ai’s Services.

Definitions
→ Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
→ Processor: RapidTalk.ai, which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
